Just give us a ring and Botanica will quickly arrange a meeting to help you decide which areas will most benefit from having plant displays in them, and help choose the plants and containers to suit the environment, the decor and your budget. Following a free quote, we will then install the displays and keep them healthy with regular professional maintenance.

With planter colour ranging from Hot pink and fluorescent orange to white and black we can find something suitable for all locations. Plant displays can be used as a statement piece, to brighten a dull corner or to hide unwanted views.

If you just want us to provide a comparitive price to make sure you are not paying too much for the service your Interior Landscape company are providing, we will still provide this free.

Contract Types

Botanica can supply plant displays on a long or short term rental basis (with maintenance included), or on a purchase and maintenance basis. For clients with existing displays we can offer a renovation service if needed. Rental of Botanica planted displays represent a very high benefit for a very small cost.

Rental

The minimum long-term plant rental period is usually 12, 24 or 36 months although we can price out any required period. Plant rental includes our first class maintenance service so the plant displays look fantastic all the time. Plant replacement is included in the cost.

Short term plant rental of displays for opening days, special visits etc can be arranged and we keep a large number of containers and plants in stock.   

Maintenance

Our maintenance service is really one of the best in the business. The maintenance service (included in the plant rental cost) is usually every two weeks and covers all work required to keep the plants healthy and looking good. Plant replacement is included provided plant deterioration is not due to circumstances beyond our control.

All plants are watered, fed, pruned and cleaned in accordance with accepted horticultural practices. Pest/disease problems will be treated initially with non chemical treatments; should chemicals be required they will be applied strictly according to COSHH regulations. Leafshine will be applied periodically to keep the plants glossy and free from dust.

Quality Control

All plants used in installations are high quality plants chosen specifically to suit the environmental conditions in your office and are freshly imported from growers in Belgium and Holland- we do not use the lower quality Dutch clock auction plants.

Botanica keep detailed records of all the displays we are looking after and ensure regular documented visits are made. Everyone in Botanica is available to help at any time with queries and to deal with any problems in a fast effective manner.

All Botanica staff wear company uniform whilst on site and will sign in with security/reception as required. Visits are recorded on signing in sheets which have space for comments from both parties. A copy will be left on site after each visit. 

Fresh Flowers

Botanica can supply weekly one-off fresh flower displays in formal or vase type arrangements. Ideal for office or hotels with delivery early on a Monday morning they brighten up any reception area.

For those with a smaller budget Botanica can supply a bowl of beautiful orchids or other tropical flowering plant replaced every month.

Costs

The cost of Botanica plant displays varies enormously dependant on the type and size of units and the overall number of units on site. We consider our prices to be very competitive given the high level of service supplied by Botanica. The average floor standing plant display is only £2.50 per week!!

Delivery

Delivery is usually within 10 - 15 days of receipt of a written order, although quicker installation is often possible dependant on the type/number of plant displays.
